For students ages 9-14, they will learn how the good foods they eat are also good for their skin. Through interactive cooking classes, they will understand that food has a dual purpose for good health - on the inside and out. These classes will encourage healthy eating for healthy skin.
For students ages 13-18, they will learn how to maintain healthy skin by using products derived from food and other natural ingredients. We will stress and explain the importance of reading labels on skincare products to limit exposure to potentially harmful synthetic ingredients.
